You have 7 calendar days from delivery to request a return.
We cover return shipping within India for eligible items.
Choose a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
Eligibility
A return is eligible when the product is in its original, unused condition, with all tags, manuals and packaging intact.
The following are not returnable: - Custom-fit or made-to-order items (e.g. bespoke seat covers) - Products that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use/wear - Consumables once opened (cleaners, polishes, adhesives) - Items marked "Final Sale" at purchase
How to start a return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery on +91 97337 51000 or via WhatsApp.
- Share your order / invoice number and a couple of photos of the item.
- If approved, we'll arrange a free pickup from your address (within India).
- Pack the item in its original box and hand it to our courier partner.
Refund timelines
- Inspection at our Siliguri store typically takes 1–2 business days from pickup.
- Once approved, refunds are initiated the same day to your original payment method.
- Money hits your account within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank / card issuer.
- For UPI & wallet orders: instant to 24 hours after initiation.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If you receive something damaged or wrong, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace it immediately at no cost — including pickup of the faulty item. Manufacturer warranties (where applicable) follow the brand's own policy and duration.
